Just select the license from the "Licensing" drop-down menu when you upload, and <code>{{tem|uncategorized}}</code> should be replaced with <code><nowiki>[[Category:Donkey Kong Country Images]]</nowiki></code>

But since you're copying/pasting the summary from the first file anyway, then you might as well copy [https://www.mariowiki.com/index.php?title=File:DKCUnusedBonus1.png&action=edit everything] else (category and license included) to the "Summary" box when you upload.
