I think they display too much info. Most of the stuff in the [[Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door]] template could be put into the article (Tattles, locations, etc).

Hey, thanks! I use Wikipedia, which gets the updates directly from the VC sites. If you wanted to help, go to [[Wikipedia:Virtual Console#Titles]], and check each of the U.S., Europe, Japan, and Australia for both released and confirmed titles. For now, I have been including Australia with Europe; this will stop if there is a difference between the two. Anyway, I think they're both in the PAL region.

I have to say, that I like the templates. It is the simplest way for people to get as much information as they can about the enemy. Let me put it this way:

"[[Mario]]'s second game, [[Mario Bros. (game)|Mario Bros.]], also marked [[Luigi]]'s first appearance, but neither were dressed in their now-famous outfits."

That above sentence was chock-full of information. That would be a good thing to put in the body of a paragraph. Now take this:

"Example Guy is an enemy in [[Super Paper Mario]]. His attack is 3, and his defense is 1."

Not very interesting. Basic, simple facts like that can be more easily shown. It also makes comparing two enemies from each other easier with tables.

If you think the tables are taking up too much space, cram the main text with anything you can think of; there is no such thing as 'too much information' in a wiki as long as it pertains directly to the topic.
