:If you're referring to the whole sockpuppet thing, then I can explain. Staff members can check IP addresses of users to see if there are multiple accounts on that IP, and we do that everytime a new account gets created. I did so with {{User|Fhan0317}}, which shared the same IP as your account, and doing that while blocked warrants an extension of the block.
