:You just need to edit the page and change "Category:Mario Party Images" to "Category:Mario Party 2 Images". There's no moving involved; moving is only necessary if you're changing the file name. Staff members can check IP addresses of users to see if there are multiple accounts on that IP, and we do that everytime a new account gets created. I did so with {{User|Fhan0317}}, which shared the same IP as your account, and doing that while blocked warrants an extension of the block.
