Hey, I'm a little confused at what you were doing in the SMG article. Could you explain? Also, it's a good idea to write a short summary on your edits (in the bar above the save page button) so people know exactly what you are doing in your edit. 

By the way, to create a proposal, you have to first write what you are proposing, then make the deadline (two weeks after the  proposal is created), make sections to vote in, and make a comments section.
