Another thing you should know about is that if a proposal passes, it's generally more courteous to wait a sufficient amount of time for the proposer to take action before you do anything for them, I generally don't care if users perform smaller tasks for me, but other users usually wish to complete projects themselves.

No, that wouldn't be considered flooding- sometimes people make small mistakes that they don't immediately notice until after saving the page, and then fix them. Flooding is more when someone makes a lot of simple edits (I'd say about five or more) that could easily be combined into one, and shouldn't really be given a reminder unless they've excessively edited several pages and have already received an informal message about it.
