| Actually Super Mario Sunshine was the first Mario game I owned. I still played many other titles as well. Personally, I find Mario Sunshine pretty fun too and I'm also on the same boat as you as I still got quite a lot of sprites to collect :). | Yeah, you do need time to manage to defeat the game (there are quite a lot of difficult levels as well). I managed to get a bit over 70 stars, and I just proceeded onwards until I beat Bowser. | I have a TV recording and the original VHS, but unfortunately not the DVD release. I've had to make do watching it on Youtube, but I'd say my additions/revisions to the various movie-related articles are accurate. I do, after all, work for the movie's official website.

| The movie really isn't that bad at all, especially when you realize everything they went through just to get it made. It's certainly not a ''faithful'' adaptation of the games, but at least it has a lot of heart and you can tell they tried to make something interesting. | :Daisy didn't really "replace" Peach, especially since the name "Peach" wasn't used until four years after the movie had been written. Daisy is intended to be the Toadstool character, but the writers didn't realize they were separate characters. They just thought Daisy was her first name and felt that it worked better for a human character.
