Hey, I have a question for you - because you seem like you would know the answer to it.  My sister created an account (I didn't know until afterward) and my little brother wants to follow suit.  Because it's family - we would undoubtedly share the same IP address.  I wouldn't mind so much exept that they don't know enough to '''contribute''' to the wiki - they would just have a userpage.  I don't want to be blocked for sockpuppeting (altough I'm not), so what do I do, (or if you can't help) who should I ask?
