Hey! Sorry for such a late message to all of you, I've been a little bit caught up in the sea of everything going on. I'm sure a couple of you know how that feels.
 
In any case, hi, I'm Roserade, and I'm going to be your Fun Stuff Director moving forward! I'm really excited to be working with all of you, and I hope you feel the same. In case you're wondering about my history with the 'Shroom, I actually first wrote for it when I was ten... For better or for worse. Thankfully, I only wrote for two issues before disappearing off the forums, so at least it was a merciful run. Otherwise, I'm very happy to be able to help and give back to a community and newsletter that mean a lot to me.
 
When you submit your section to me next, if you could please include the following information:
 
-If you would prefer reminders through the Boards, the Wiki, Discord, or any combination of the three (please only send your section to me through the Boards, though)
 
-If you're currently on a monthly or bimonthly schedule
 
This message will be sent over the Boards and the Wiki until I clarify which method you're most comfortable with.
 
In any case, submissions are formally due Saturday, October 13th, but because of my late message, I'm instead going to say to please get your submissions in by <b>Tuesday, October 16th</b>. This'll give you about five days to finish, so hopefully that's enough time. If you can't get it in, please let me know and we can work something out.

Hi! I have an awesome idea for "Where In The Marioverse Is Carmen Sandiego?"! One of Carmen's henchmen, A Piranha Plant, has nabbed Prince Florian while he was exploring the Flower Kingdom! It's up to the player (referred to as "gumshoe") to find the Piranha Plant and rescue Prince Florian! I have some ideas for clues. Clues for location 1 (Pipe-Rock Plateau): "This is the first world that Bowser Jr took a castle from", "That Piranha Plant must've wanted to impress his singing friends!", "I'm almost certain that this was the start of the adventure!". Clues for location 2 (Fungi Mines): "I heard some Poplins got lost here once!", "This world is number 5 of the adventure.", "I'm shocked there wasn't a castle here for Bowser Jr to take!". Clues for the final location (Shining Falls): "That Master Poplin is something else, eh?", "This world is number 3 of the adventure.", "Those trials are so hard!". I really hope you use my idea for a future edition of "Where In The Marioverse Is Carmen Sandiego?". Thanks in advance!
