At the top, add <nowiki>{{talkarchive|User_talk:Fg}}</nowiki> - this template is pretty much required. Then, delete any unnecessary stuff from the archive, preview it to check it looks OK, then save. Then go to your normal talk page. Delete all the messages you archived. Then, you've gotta add a link to your new archive. Go to edit the box thing at the top which has all the archive page links, copy one of the rows, then paste one underneath and just change the number to your new archive number to link to the new one.
