I've reverted your edit. In the end, we're a wiki, we do not censor, especially petty little crass words, and it's only a word, not something NSFW like erotic nudity or intense gore. It would be a different case if our users used it to directly flame someone, but that's not the case; it is simply a word-by-word quote that well describes the person's thoughts and feelings.
