Actually, they both can mini-turbo. It's just not that good. I used those two karts before, and they did mini-turbo. Not as good as any vehicle, but they can still do it. {{User:BabyLuigiOnFire/sig}}

::Well, it's not necessarily the console's fault there would be a glitch. Sometimes, damaged discs would have glitches in the game. My Mario Power Tennis copy is a prime example, though I do not know how it was damaged. I used my Wii to play Mario Kart Wii since I do not own a Wii U yet. {{User:BabyLuigiOnFire/sig}}
