| ::No, that's not necessarily true. Your IP address is dependent on your router you use, not the device you're on. At my family, we all share the same IP address despite using different computers all over the house, if a sysop uses IP check on me, my twin and I will have the same IP address. What happened is that IP addresses change numbers over time. It's the sole reason we don't issue permabans to any IP addresses. {{User:Baby Luigi/sig}} 22:18, 9 January 2017 (EST)
