| Twilight City Plus is the final plus world that Mario chases Donkey Kong through in Mario vs. Donkey Kong and its remake of the same name, being the plus world counterpart of Twilight City. It is the sixth plus world in Mario vs. Donkey Kong for the Game Boy Advance and the eighth plus world in Mario vs. Donkey Kong for the Nintendo Switch. In the remake, the level select screen's color has changed from indigo to pink under similar circumstances to Twilight City. Notably, the background used in this world's levels in the remake features an actual twilight sky taking place in the early morning. | | Twilight City Plus is the sixth plus world that Mario chases Donkey Kong through in Mario vs. Donkey Kong, being the plus world counterpart of Twilight City. |

|
| |
| Exclusively in Mario vs. Donkey Kong for the Nintendo Switch is a bonus level that appears after completing enough levels. The final bonus level in the entire game is based on the layout for Level 8-1+, removing all hazards and adding several Springs and another Garbage Can. The player must make use of the springs to quickly collect all the 1-Up Mushrooms way up ahead, and to quickly catch the flying key. That done before the timer runs out, the player can bring it to the chest to receive the final bonus of extra lives.
