should be changed into

since, well, in most cases only the publisher holds the copyrights for a game (for istance copyrights for all Mario and related series games are held by Nintendo, not by Rare, Square Enix, Bandai Namco, etc.)--[[User:Kombatgod|Kombatgod]] ([[User talk:Kombatgod|talk]]) 06:38, 22 April 2013 (EDT)
