In the instructions for archiving nominations, it says to add <code><article> was nominated for featured article/to be unfeatured at <nominated> and passed at <whenpassed></code>. We could add this (and the categories) automatically with this template. It would use the parameters already in {{tem|FANOMSTAT}}:
