Over the years, we have gotten a whole bunch of skeletal/bone versions of enemies that aren't really skeletal Koopa Troopas like Dry Bones is: [[Skeleton Goonie]], [[Fish Bone]], [[Bone Goomba]], [[Skellokey]], [[Bony Beetle]], [[Bone Piranha Plant]], etc. There's probably enough for an entire navigational template, but we wouldn't be able to include Dry Bones and variants because this nav template already exists, thus making it redundant. Then again, ''not'' including Dry Bones would make a nav template for skeletal enemies feel incomplete.
