I think when deciding wheter something is a stub or not, you have to consider the amount of possible information, and the amount of actual information, and compare them. | The article mentions the game also includes recipes to create real-world Yoshi's Cookies. But, we have nothing on those. I'd go and try to get some myself, but I don't have the game, nor am I willing to find a ROM, but I also don't know Japanese, so that's ''probably'' also a problem.
