Reggie calls it WarioWare: Myself
Nintendo of America's president Reggie Fils-Aime calls the game WarioWare: Myself (source, the presence of a colon differs from site to site). This title already popped up on the internet some days ago. So is this the tentative western title, should we move the article? --Grandy02 11:05, 14 November 2008 (EST)
:Yes. Next, time move it yourself (one of this wiki's rules is to BE BOLD!). 22:56, 22 December 2008 (EST)
::Thanks! Yeah, I know, I should actually do so... --Grandy02 12:39, 31 December 2008 (EST)
DSi only?
I've been curious about this since the game was announced: Is it going to be only for the DSi, or can it also be played on the normal DS? Does anyone know yet? 10:55, 20 January 2009 (EST)
:I hope so, but I'm starting to save for a DSi just in case.  -- MrsCrygor 13:29, 28 January 2009 (EST)
::As you can see on the box art, it isn't DSi only. --Grandy02 17:47, 8 April 2009 (EDT)

Downloadable Microgames
I need opinions on this. Currently, everything about the downloadable microgames, including Big Name Games and contests, is listed in  this article. As the lists will still become longer and longer (have not even completed the list of the currently available weekly games yet), I think it would be best to split the article. But how do you think should it be split? Put everything, including the pre-made microgames from the DS game and Showcase, into a single article as "List of microgames in WarioWare: D.I.Y."? Or maybe handle the contests separately from the rest? And what about articles on the microgames themselves? It's no question that the pre-made games, and probably also the weekly games uploaded by Nintendo, will get their own articles, as always. But what about Big Name Games and the winners' games of the contests? Separate articles as well? And if not, how to describe them? Sadly, I don't have much information on the games released for Japanese versions, but it is more likely that every American/European/Australian microgame release can be tracked by at least some of the wiki's users, so this has to be decided. Please give your opinions, thanks. --Grandy02 12:28, 23 March 2010 (EDT)
<br><br>
I think we should create:
*A single article for the 90+72 premade games of WarioWare: D.I.Y. (Do It Yourself) and WarioWare: D.I.Y. Showcase.
*A single article for the microgames on Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection (Big Name Games and Contests).
What do you think of this idea?
:Sounds fine. What should the lists be called? And would the Big Name Games and Theme Games also have separate articles? If not, how to organise them? I don't think adding the game descriptions or even only the game names to the current tables would work well, they'd look cluttered. Maybe the tables should even be replaced by something else, e.g. a section for every person? --Grandy02 11:18, 24 March 2010 (EDT)
::If we wan't to keep the number of pages limited, I should merge the Big Name Games, Theme Games and Constest Games together in one article called: "List of downloadable microgames in WarioWare: D.I.Y".
::If we want to split the Theme, Weekly and Big Name Microgames in three articles, I should call them "List of Big Name Games in WarioWare: D.I.Y." and "List of Weekly Microgames in WarioWare: D.I.Y." and "List of Theme Microgames in WarioWare: D.I.Y.".
::The page of preloaded microgames in WarioWare: D.I.Y and D.I.Y. Showcase should simply be called "List of microgames in WarioWare: D.I.Y.". I think we should keep the preloaded games of D.I.Y. and D.I.Y. Showcase merged.
:::I think it's best to create only two separate lists, premade games and downloadable games. But I'm still not sure how to handle the coverage of Big Name Games and the design challenges (contests). The current tables don't allow for adding the names or even descriptions of the games without cluttering them. Any ideas? --Grandy02 13:44, 24 March 2010 (EDT)
Put an article called "List of Downloadable Microgames" and include the categories "Weekly Games," "Big Name Games," and "Contest Winners." Platitudinous
Independent of splitting, I tried to incorporate the names of the Big Name Games into the table. Could you say how it looks now? --Grandy02 13:20, 5 April 2010 (EDT)

Good, but maybe we could even safe more lines when we just do it like with the challenges/contests and use the column "Distribution Period"?

American Design Challenges
Does anyone here own the American version of the game? The website doesn't tell anything about the current challenge. But at a board, I read that a challenge with the theme "Machines" is already running and that it can be entered from the NinSoft Store (I don't mean The Wario Awards). Or did I misunderstand something there? --Grandy02 11:53, 30 March 2010 (EDT)
:Yeah, I have it. As soon as I can figure out how to fix the wi-fi for my Ds Ill check it out. Stupid DS configuration is 10x harder than the configuration for the Wii.--
Platitudinous The theme is "Machines," and the contest ends on May 1st. The winner will recieve a trip to E3 of 2010 or something like that.
:Okay, thanks. If I understand this right, the current challenge and two future challenges with the themes "Creatures" and "Sports" are connected to the Wario Award Contest? I'll add this to the article, but I it would be nice if someone confirmed it. In general, I'd be glad if owners of the American version could regularly update the challenge list as soon as the next American challenge starts, as I neither own this version nor does the American website inform about the challenges. --Grandy02 14:25, 31 March 2010 (EDT)
::Sounds good. I'll also see of the famous people games.--
:::Okay. Please also inform about the Theme Games when they are available for download (if the website does not list them). --Grandy02 05:49, 2 April 2010 (EDT)
I need your help again. Two new Big Name Games have been released. Does D.I.Y. say the date until the microgames will available when you want to download Big Name Games, or they available for an unlimited time? Also, the website still doesn't tell about the two most recent Weekly Games. --Grandy02 13:18, 5 April 2010 (EDT)
:Got them, Grandy. One of them is "Suck Goo!" made by Ron Carmel who created the WiiWare game World of Goo. The next was made by Pixel and is called "Ikachan". They seem downloadable for an unlimited amount of time, but I can't be too sure. The end of the theme Machines is April 13th or 14th and will be distributed around May the 1st.--
::Thanks. I'd like to know, are the contests really known as design challenges in the American version as implied by the website, or are they still (also) known as contests? Also, is the end of the Machines contest exactly given as April "13/14"? --Grandy02 12:58, 6 April 2010 (EDT)
Split the weekly made minigames from NinSoft and contests in WarioWare: D.I.Y into List of downloadable Microgames in WarioWare: D.I.Y. and List of Contests in WarioWare: D.I.Y.
Settled TPP
Right now we have the weekly made minigames from NinSoft from Nintendo crowding the article out. After a few months, we will have so many microgames that we will have to split it. Sooner is better than later, I heard. So we should split it.

#KS3 per myself.
#Hatena Kid same as KS3.
#FireBabyLuigi11 per Hatena Kid (cause HK pers KS3)
#NARCE But only if the split results in a single list, and never individual articles or multiple lists. We could make one quality list, and as it stands, it would choke this article, what with its growth. While the growth of the list does not preclude it from being split into two lists later, as it stands, one list will suffice. If it is more than one list, or not in the list format at all, my vote does not stand.
Oppose
#Gamefreak75 It might make it a bit inconsistent and it is much easier ATM. And per the comments below.
Comments
I don't think we should have any fan-made content on the articles. It's not like we have every fan-made custom SSBB stage that Nintendo has "released"; why should we have the fan-made Microgames? Bloc Partier
:I think KS3 meant the weekly games that are released via Wi-fi from the NinSoft store.--Gamefreak75
::OOps. My bad. I misunderstood. Bloc Partier
:::Eh, it was just worded weird. Gamefreak75
Another possible solution is simply moving the <s>lost</s> lot to a separate page but not splitting it into individual articles. The question is whether or not these microgames are as deserving of articles as microgames that are included in the games, rather than created after the fact and uploaded. I am neutral on this issue, but I do think they should be removed from the main article, one way or another. - 19:12, 24 April 2010 (EDT)
:I have to disagree with you there. These games were made by people at Nintendo and are important. And what do you mean by moving the "lost"? Did you mean "lot"? And that will just clutter up the whole page if we make an article for each of them on the same page! Anyway, it's not like they're fan-made games. --
I don't think the Weekly Games are fan-made games, either. The first two were made available on the day of release, so it is not even possible that they are fan-made. The fan-made games are in the category Theme Games, and making articles on those would be indeed like having separate articles for every fan-made Brawl stage selected by Nintendo. --Grandy02 12:45, 2 May 2010 (EDT)
<big> People, the proposal is reworded. </big> 22:44, 2 May 2010 (EDT)

there should be a page for records. Not one for each record or it would look somewhat like this.
False record is a record in warioware diy made by jimmy t. It it the third record to the right in the fourth row down. The tune is:
A flat, B, pause, A...
The record does not have shuffle beat and is at 170 bpm.
