::After looking through a text dump for the game, I can confirm the mall is only ever referred as a mall in Toad Town, and never as ''the'' Toad Town Mall. ::::{{@|Hooded Pitohui}} showed me the guide, and I can see that it consistently refers to the mall in lower case, so it is not attempting to name the location "Toad Town Mall", but rather only referring to it as "the mall that is in Toad Town".
