Apparently in ''[[WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Party Game$!]]'', a cutscene has Dribble and Spitz take Orbulon to a location called "Farthest Reaches of Outer Space", named as such in the movie "Depths of Space". This feels like something to look into, considering the names are similar.
