Remix 10 is weird. More specifically, there isn't really an set order between World Tour and Remix 10. Sure, Remix 10 was added in an update, so considering all Secret Courses to go after Worlds 1 through 6 + Pipes is okay. The problem is that World Star was added in that same update, and there's no set order to go between both portions of content. Especially as one World Star level is unlocked through playing Remix 10. It's probably more factual to make the enemy table just be about appearances in World Tour, or maybe have a row for World Tour and a row for Secret Courses.
