You have a point there. The Nintendo devs specifically talked about the "Super Mario Bros." series. So yes the Maker games and Super Mario Run should be included. However, I find it generally interesting to think about whether we should create pages for the sub-series, perhaps for a future proposal. @Hewer: The idea would be to make diffrent articles for example: Super Mario Bros. series, New Super Mario Bros. series, Super Mario Maker series, linear 3D Mario games, Sandbox 3D Mario games, etc. The main series page would still exist along side it. {{@|Big Super Mario Fan}} If you want to properly @ someone, you can use this code: <nowiki>{{@|*insert username here*}}</nowiki>. That way they will be alerted in their notifications. Also, yes, I do know what mainline Mario games are. I personally don't consider Bowser's Fury a mainline Mario game because it's bundled with a port of 3D World. I was also referencing [https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=njm-tmxrWFg this YouTube song] from one of the wiki users. The joke was that it is a controversial topic regarding what games are mainline in the Super Mario series and there is always discourse. Multiple times have people tried to remove certain games from being mainline for multiple reasons via proposals, so it is best that we just go with what Nintendo thinks is mainline. Which I think is what this wiki uses for what it considers mainline. {{User:Rykitu/sig}}
