Has no one seriously noticed the obvious reference the whole thing makes? Mario has had 64 mentioned in his games more than any, and the number 64 is closely associated with Mario Bros. This part may not be necessary, it seems a bit like a tangent to me. While the similarities are there, it is quite obvious the stories are not the same. Therefore, I don't believe it makes sense to even put it in there. However, I do not know if the story is based on the anime, and since it could be, I am posting.

:If I recall correctly, the anime is obscure even in Japan. I think it's very unlikely an intentional reference is attempted here. These plot twists don't even relate to each other, just identity reveals at minimum. It's like saying, Tippi is Bleck's girlfriend is a reference to the Mario anime movie, and that somehow actually is closer to it. {{User:Mario/sig}} 15:29, August 18, 2023 (EDT)

== Split Super Luigi subjects into a dedicated list article ==

There's no denying that Luigi's story (as told through him and the [[Super Luigi (series)|Super Luigi]] books) in ''[[Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door]]'' are a significant part of that game, perhaps more significant than a lot of things that do get articles on this wiki. However, its nature as an in-universe yarn means most subjects that belong to it are locked to the "List of implied" articles ([[List of implied characters|characters]], [[List of implied events|events]], [[List of implied items|items]], [[List of implied locations|locations]] and [[List of implied species|species]]). 

I don't think this is an appropriate way of covering this. It's essentially a short story that comes bundled with the game, but it's relegated to a wiki footnote because of how it is presented. Sure, it's small and brief, but if it had come in a little book bundled with every GameCube disk, every character would probably have its own article already. So, here's a compromise:

Taking inspiration from Wikipedia's {{wp|Characters of Chrono Trigger|character lists}}, this proposal aims to split off every subject from the Super Luigi stories into a joint article (perhaps titled {{Fake link|List of Super Luigi subjects}}) wrapping them all together in a nice, easy to access (and easy to link to) package. Each subject would recieve a section, separated by what type of subject they are (character, location, object, etc.), detailing their role in the story, including differing accounts between Luigi's spoken story and the Super Luigi books. It's worth noting that this article already kind of does this, but only for Luigi's partners (because only they have articles).
