I think i've found an official name, it is called Squishy Block. Though i don't have the manual, i've found a video where it was shown. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ZGwI0TA-Os Just put the time of the video at 5:23, the block's image. I think the page it was, this block was in the page 124.
