Shall we merge square cloud with Cloud Block? Given the internal and Japanese names, this is most likely a [[Note Block#New Super Mario Bros. Wii|Jump Block]]-style update to the original block, with it transforming into a helpful Lakitu when hit a possible callback to the original design of Lakitu's Cloud itself being essentially a Cloud Block.
