Here is a relevant portion of page 37 of Craig Wessel's ''Warioland 4'' book, titled "Underground Goodies" (in context, within Palm Tree Paradise):

:In the context of the book, it seems like Wario nicknamed the enemy himself! Spiky is indeed used as a proper noun twice, so I'd support renaming the page over the romanised Japanese name.
