| You know, gang, I've been taking a look at the RAM of Paper Mario: TTYD lately, and I realized that the chance of causing [[Confused|Confusion]] is actually nil. So, I'm led to believe either that the developers forgot to make the Shooting Star cause Confusion (which can be found at offset 0x003675D1 for the NTSC-U RAM and 0x00373499 for the PAL RAM.) as there's zeroes in both slots, ''or'' they had forgotten to take out the "and confuses them" part of the description. This is probably why no matter how many times you've tried the Shooting Star, nothing happened in terms of Confusion. Any thoughts?
