I understand they are merely minor cameos that do not effect gameplay, but I'm pretty sure this is notable enough to warrant its own page. Also, they don't just appear in this level, so it doesn't really make sense to keep it in this article, as opposed to Grand Master Galaxy. They also return in a SM3dL, making it important. As a nintendo mystery, it would make a very interesting read, and I certainly believe it can be expanded to enough to make a good article. | I understand they are merely minor cameos that do not effect gameplay, but I'm pretty sure this is notable enough to warrant its own page. #Toadbrigade5 You know, it's really stupid we have to write more stuff here. | #Toadbrigade5 You know, it's really stupid we have to write more stuff here.
#Megamario15 We're supposed to be a resource for everything Mario ever created. If we create a separate article about these figures, if it becomes a stub section, it will motivate people to write more about it. Especially if it ends up in the 'Shroom Spotlight. | #Megamario15 We're supposed to be a resource for everything Mario ever created. #1337star It's just a tree. The Eternal Star statue in Super Mario 64 appears in multiple Nintendo games (it also appears in, at least, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time), spawned possibly the most well known Mario related rumor, and has even been referenced in official Nintendo material, but we don't (and shouldn't, in my opinion) have a separate article on that. This is far less "notable" and therefore doesn't deserve an article either. | #1337star It's just a tree. #Chocolate Mario Since they appear in more than one galaxy, maybe this info belongs on the Super Mario Galaxy 2 page or somewhere else, but easter eggs like this never need their own article, since they wouldn't be searched for enough and they are quite unimportant, being NPCs. | #Chocolate Mario Since they appear in more than one galaxy, maybe this info belongs on the Super Mario Galaxy 2 page or somewhere else, but easter eggs like this never need their own article, since they wouldn't be searched for enough and they are quite unimportant, being NPCs.

#Andymii I understand that you say that this Easter egg is important because it is mysterious, but really all we need is to utilize the section for Easter eggs on the game's wiki page. We cannot just create a page for every single small thing; otherwise, the wiki would be loaded with stubs and unneeded information that could easily be summarized in a few sentences on another page. So, per Madz the Penguin. | #Andymii I understand that you say that this Easter egg is important because it is mysterious, but really all we need is to utilize the section for Easter eggs on the game's wiki page. Even if this is voted down, we still could make a separate Easter Eggs in Super Mario Galaxy 2 page, right? :There was a previous proposal to make Easter Egg pages for games, however it failed because there wouldn't be enough content. A recent proposal made it so we would do an actual section on the game's page for Easter Eggs, though. -- 17:43, 8 January 2015 (EST) | :There was a previous proposal to make Easter Egg pages for games, however it failed because there wouldn't be enough content. :They're probably not the same thing, but there is this similar ghost thing that appears in ghost houses (the wiki says 4-4, but that's not the only level, so that needs to be fixed) that appears for a few seconds, then appears to scream as it disappears. Appearance is the only thing tell us it may be the same, but we can't be sure. | :They're probably not the same thing, but there is this similar ghost thing that appears in ghost houses (the wiki says 4-4, but that's not the only level, so that needs to be fixed) that appears for a few seconds, then appears to scream as it disappears. ::I think I would've noticed it... I'll keep an eye out for it when I convince myself to stop playing Smash and start playing 3D Land. Thank you.
