| No, that's just a stronger version of the regular Koopa Troopa. I am talking about blue-shelled Koopas with a mischievious grin and the ability to stun you with a whirlwind. I don't know if it was really in the sewers but I have definitely seen them somewhere in the game. They looked different from the other Koopa species by having a different facial expression and acting hyper. They could attack both Mario and the partner when they were flipped...

| :No, they don't. I tested it. I made sure I was wearing no badges that might affect defence or damage or whatever, and let one hit me. It did 3 damage. I then flipped it.
