| :Some people think that it is female due to its operatic vocals in its intro, but that could just be the song it’s dancing to. I have no idea what gender it is, If it even has one to begin with.

| == Can you put him to his second phase with attacks if his HP is low enough? ==

| Okay so for example: I land on a x2 panel, Rubber Band's HP is low and he has a few Rubber Bands, and I use a Shiny Hammer along with the x2 boost to damage him. Does it put him to his second phase before he recalls his bands to go back at him if his HP is low enough? --ToadMushroom823 (talk) 16:01, October 3, 2024 (EDT)

| Actually I tested it with a Shiny Hurlhammer and the x2 panel when its HP is low and no matter what, it still won't go to his 2nd phase. It doesn't remove his rubber band hair either. --ToadMushroom823 (talk) 17:25, October 5, 2024 (EDT)
