passed
As one can see on the discussion above, this Bowser's Inside Story item was originally known in Japanese as かいふくキノコ (Kaifuku Kinoko), a different name from the Partners in Times リフレッシュキノコ (Refesh Kinoko). This, along with a different appearance and different function set them apart from each other in all but English name, meaning the page should be split. Apart from originally having a unique name, the Bowser's Inside Story item looks like a Mushroom, acts like a Mushroom and is now called a Mushroom. Size differences aside, this means it probably fits better in the Mushroom article, where it is, oddly enough, already covered. If this proposal fails then information in the Mushroom article should be removed and kept in this article. For completion's sake I have also included here a list of the Refreshroom's names in different languages.

::That wasn't originally called a Mushroom, and is clearly much, much bigger than a standard Mushroom, yes. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 21:13, December 29, 2024 (EST)

:::Rhythm Mushroom from the sequel to this game involves oversized Mushrooms and Prince Dreambert's quote page says the items from that move are Mushrooms. I think the Mushrooms are just scaling to match the combatants. Which they can do because it's a video game and scale doesn't really matter in fictional fantasy land. ::::Don't know how exactly the BiS move works, but from the looks of things, the Rhythm Mushroom page is moreso about the action command than the mushrooms. 22:17, December 29, 2024 (EST)
::::: The BIS item heals you for half your health, the Rhythm Mushroom heals you based on how you timed your taps. PrincessPeachFan (talk) 12:20, December 30, 2024 (EST)
::::::Wait, is there not even an action command for the BiS one? 12:25, December 30, 2024 (EST)
::::::: No, you tap the Refreshroom/Mushroom icon and then Giant Bowser pulls it out and eats it. PrincessPeachFan (talk) 12:26, December 30, 2024 (EST)
::::::::The point I'm making is that Nintendo doesn't think the scaled up Mushrooms in this game's sequel used in the returning feature of Giant Battles need a name distinct from the normal sized Mushrooms that go in the player's inventory. Which, given this game's remake decided to rename this item Mushroom, would imply that if Refreshroom was distinct from Mushroom Nintendo changed their mind. @ThePowerPlayer: It's not exactly a strange merge. Evidently, someone at Nintendo decided to reuse the Partners in time name for the English version and then for the remake, it was renamed to Mushroom as it had a completely different look.
