| ::According to the page history, Arnold232 added that tidbit and mentioned that the game itself says that Rally Wink inflicts Fast. However, inflicting Fast on someone means giving them 2 turns, whereas Rally Wink adds 1 turn. If Mario already has Fast and you use Rally Wink, he will get 3 turns. There seems to be a flag for whether Rally Wink is active or not which gets cleared when Mario uses a turn, as using it again right after the first time will not cause Mario to gain another turn unless he used one first. In other words, if both Mario and Goombella have Fast, it's not possible for Mario to have 4 turns unless Goombella uses Rally Wink on her first turn, Mario moves at least once, then Goombella uses Rally Wink again. I haven't looked at any internal code, so I'm not sure exactly how it handles it, but hopefully we can get this cleared up soon. --Kimimaru (talk) 09:15, 19 November 2016 (EST)

| :::My suspicion is that the user made it up on spot rather than actually try testing it as you did. I'd remove the statement that it inflicts the Fast status condition because it can be used alongside the Fast condition, but you can say that it's similar. 14:27, 19 November 2016 (EST)
