Hi i am helperhand25 and it was created october 1st 2014

I just don't understand why the SVG artworks should be here.

:I understand that your SVGs aren't strictly for [[{{PAGENAME}}]], but they are {{PAGENAME}}-related, and that is why they are linked and categorized as such. We can always have pages that use the same artwork as {{PAGENAME}} link to the SVGs and add more categories later, if needed. Take a gander at [[:File:MKDDMushroom.png]] for a non-SVG example. This artwork is used both for [[Mario Kart: Double Dash!!]] and [[Mario Kart DS]]. It would be more efficient to link them to two different games and their associated pages. If it makes you feel any better, I think you said they are also used on [[Club Nintendo (rewards program)|Club Nintendo]]. If that is true, we link your SVGs there too. --{{User:Wildgoosespeeder/sig}} 19:44, 24 July 2016 (EDT)
::So the artworks that they use should be linked and categorized Play Nintendo. [[File:Yoshi noir.svg|75px|link=User talk:Yoshi Noir|]] 19:55, 24 July 2016 (EDT)
:::They can be categorized in more than one way. It's not strictly {{PAGENAME}}. --{{User:Wildgoosespeeder/sig}} 19:58, 24 July 2016 (EDT)
::::Yeah, we understand that the artwork has been used for other Nintendo media, as well as Play Nintendo. They can therefore be attributed to at least one image category [[:Category:Play Nintendo Images]]. We aren't saying that that the artwork was created exclusively for Play Nintendo. But it was ''used'' for Play Nintendo. it does have a place here on the article. And it doesn't have to only be labelled with Play Nintendo: you could apply descriptions and categories for other media where the image is used for. Such as Club Nintendo I believe.

I'm not sure if I like having such a hodge-podge of a gallery here. {{User:Bazooka Mario/sig}} 13:49, 7 October 2016 (EDT)
:Yeah, I never wanted that sort of gallery coverage on the article. I think all the 2D icons can stay, since it's difficult to attribute them as a group to anywhere else specifically. But I'd like to reword what I said above, because someone took it too literally. Artwork can be reused from game-to-game, such as character renders. Unless it's a direct port using most of the same assets anyway (see [[Gallery:Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D]]), they belong on both game galleries, because the artwork was used to promote both medias. But this does not translate to website entities promoting the game itself. Artwork made for ''Super Mario Maker'', ''Mario Party 10'' was indeed used on the website, but it doesn't mean that it should be attributed to Play Nintendo as an artwork. Sorry for the confusion.

::Yup, it looks better that way. Thanks! {{User:Bazooka Mario/sig}} 19:12, 7 October 2016 (EDT)
== Unfinished work ==
This page needs all play Nintendo Mario related software on it. Games, puzzles, quizzes, polls, personality quizzes. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 13:55, June 15, 2019 (EDT)
:I was the one who added the links to the navigation box. On the main article, someone removed the links to them I added and said we don't need articles on them, but left the links in the navbox. I think a proposal would work best in resolving this issue. (Also, you can always create the articles yourself.) {{User:Obsessive Mario Fan/sig}} 22:58, June 15, 2019 (EDT)
== Where are we getting names for some of these activities for? ==
{{Talk}}
I'm a bit confused on where the names of activities such as ''[[Who's Your Donkey Kong Country Returns HD Banana Bud?]]'', ''[[Which of Peach's Powerful Transformations Match Your Personality?]]'', etc. are coming from. Going off the thumbnails of said activities those two examples, their titles should be "Banana buds" and "Performance of a lifetime". Some activities, like ''[[Eek!]]'' and ''[[Just a splash of Wario]]'' have their titles be the ones used on their thumbnails; should this be the case for every activity? {{User:Kaptain Skurvy/sig}} 14:12, January 23, 2025 (EST)
:The names for the activities come from the page title that appears on the browser tab, "[activity name] - Play Nintendo". I’m not sure why we use those. [[User:1468z|1468z]] ([[User talk:1468z|talk]]) 14:21, January 23, 2025 (EST)
::Wouldn't it make more sense to use the names used on the website? {{User:Kaptain Skurvy/sig}} 14:26, January 23, 2025 (EST)
:::I don't know who started doing it, but changing it would require a proposal. I don't think it is worth the trouble, as there are tens of quizes that currently use this format. [[User:Axii|Axii]] ([[User talk:Axii|talk]]) 15:33, January 23, 2025 (EST)
== There is a section missing from the page about the website ==
