I think this article should stay at '''Pirate Goom''', since this is the only name they have ever been specifically referred to in English. There is the Giant Spear Man (whose name is, like other names, not capitalized in the game, though), but the normal variant of the Pirate Goom hasn't been directly called Spear Man.
