The [[Nintendo DSi]] article should be merged with the Nintendo DS article because A. It's a member of the DS series, B. The other redesign of the Nintendo DS, Nintendo DS lite doesn't have a page. So, why should this redesign have a page?

I want to make it clear to everyone that A. The 3DS is a successor to the DS series, B. The DSi/DSiXL is in the DS series, all the consoles that are in the same series should be in the same page and not have their own pages and C. :Consoles in the same series should have separate articles unless they do not differ significantly from their predecessors, which is why the Game Boy Advance consoles aren't separated. The DSi and DSiXL possess features that the DS does not have. Also, do you have a source for your claim concerning the Japanese DS?
