Really a sub species?
I recall that the Goomba grew from an ordinary sized goomba in NSMB. Didn't Kamek cast a spell on it? Wouldn't that make it not a subspecies? Mario and Toad's Fan

Do you really think the game would be harder if enemies like hammer bros. or koopas turned mega?

Technically, no. The character itself originated in NSMB. Not sure whether the Goomba in SMG is confirmed to same character, though I doubt it.-- 16:30, 7 October 2009 (EDT)
Where in Melee was a giant Goomba? I don't recall anything about that. - 19:42, 7 October 2009 (EDT)
You know how sometimes generic enemies appear by breaking barrels and crates? Well ocassionally a large Goomba will show up.-- 00:57, 8 October 2009 (EDT)
:Oh, ok. I knew that part with the generic enemies, but that giant Goomba thing was new to me. - 01:07, 8 October 2009 (EDT)
NSMB Wii Mega Goomba and image
Is the Mega Goomba really known as that in NSMB Wii? If it's not the same size as the one in NSMB, then it shouldn't be called a Mega Goomba. Also the image in the trivia section - isn't that from Mario Galaxy? 'Cause this article didn't mention that game.
What levels do Mega Goomba's appear in in NSMBW? I might be able to get a image.
I think the only appear in the goomba enemy course.
Split Mega Goomba (Species) from Mega Goomba (Character)
Settled TPP
passed
Look at the two Goomba's on this page while both are named Mega Goomba other than that they are different things one's a Goomba that has been given a Mega Mushroom and the others a sub-species. Also theres a huge size different the Mega Goomba species which is roughly half the size of the Mega Goomba Character. The Mega Goomba Character also can with stand three jumps, while the Mega Goomba Species can only take one jump before it splits off into two Grand Goomba's, for thee reasons i feel that these creatures should be split cause there not the same thing.

Split
#Goomba's Shoe15 per my proposal.
#UltraMario3000 Per proposal.
#Zero777 Per proposal
#Nicke8 Per GS15.
#YoshiGo99 Per all.
#Mario Bros.! Although it would be short, they should be split. They are clearly different.
#Reddragon19k Yay to that! I'm Reddragon and I support this proposal on this special day! Per all!
#Walkazo - Per all.
Keep Merged
#Superfiremario No, because the other one about the enemy would be very short.
Comments
@Superfiremario so what it's better to have a short article than have two different things merged together Goomba's Shoe15
Mario Party 10 boss?
In Mario Party 10, Mega Goomba is a boss. Does this would be a species of Mega Goomba or this character?--LudwigVon (talk) 14:40, 18 January 2015 (EST)
