I almost wanted to say it was very obvious, but it isn't. For some reason, in the American version of Mario Kart 7, when you try to connect the game to the internet it will say: ''Connecting to the Internet''.
In the American version of Mario Kart 7, when you try to connect the game to the internet it will say: ''Connecting to the Internet''.
However in the European version of Mario Kart 7, the game will say: ''Connecting to Nintendo Network''. This confirms Mario Kart 7 does use the Nintendo Network. It is also the first Nintendo game to use the Nintendo Network, if I am not making a mistake.
