| Why isn't there anything on the multiplayer mode? returning or not, it should be mentioned and named. I came here trying to find the name of the mode that takes place on the tower and you have to win 3, 5 or 7 minigames to win. This should be rectified as soon as possible please. | | Why isn't there anything on the multiplayer mode? returning or not, it should be mentioned and named. | :Interesting. But why is there programming related to this item? I'd expect the item to not work, but having the game to prompt something indicates that it is something left in the game. I'm going to mention it in the appropriate beta elements section. Also, can you clarify what "opening and space events" mean? Meanwhile, can you obtain an image for it? Thanks. {{User:Mario/sig}} 19:52, 27 June 2014 (EDT) | | :Interesting. But why is there programming related to this item? | They both shared this model. As for the opening event, I assume that the DK Capsule would be thrown to create a DK Space at the beginning of a board, like what happens with the three Koopa Kid Orbs in Mario Party 7. As for space events, it could either be that more DK Capsules could be obtained from the Capsule Dispensers, like the Bowser Capsule could be or that DK would throw one when someone landed on his space, but neither Bowser or DK do something like this in the final game, although it might have been a possible event that both of them did with their respective capsules in the beta version. The VS Capsule, obviously would be exclusive to Story Mode because having it in Party Mode would make the Duel Capsule a bit irrelevant in my opinion, and that it could be obtained from the dispensers in Story Mode. Thats all I can come up with though. [[User:Metal Boo|Metal Boo]] ([[User talk:Metal Boo|talk]]) 15:33, 29 June 2014 (EDT) | | They both shared this model. | :Okay, it should be added, though. Just as most pre-release elements, if something is in, but can't be obtained without hacking, it's most likely something that retained from earlier versions. {{User:Mario/sig}} 15:38, 29 June 2014 (EDT) | | :Okay, it should be added, though. | == G8+ over PG ==

| Should we list the game's Australian rating as G8+? Because ACB used a separate system for videogames that had all ratings the same as their motion picture counterparts until 2005, the only exception was PG which was labeled as G8+. | == Debug Menu "Rabbit hole" is deeper than previously thought, courtesy of TCRF. ==

| |
| So I was looking through TCRF's Mario Party pages, and for SOME REASON, I saw there was a Mario Party 4 debug menu, following up on the Mario Party 1-3 debug menus. I saw that it WAS covered in [https://www.mariowiki.com/Mario_Party_4#Pre-release_and_unused_content this page], but not to the extent the Mario Party 1-3 menus were. So I thought, "Is it the same thing for the OTHER Mario Party games?" So I looked at Mario Party 5, and sure enough, [https://tcrf.net/Mario_Party_5#Debug_Menu this showed up]. It had its own sub-page, [https://tcrf.net/Mario_Party_5/Debug_Menu_Listing here]. Mario Party 6 is the same thing, [https://tcrf.net/Mario_Party_6#Debug_Menu here], and [https://tcrf.net/Mario_Party_6/Debug_Menu_Listing here]! Now that brings up some questions. 1: Should we cover any Mario Party debug menus not currently covered here? 2: Should we give the Debug Menus (Post-Mario Party 3) the same treatment as the Mario Party 1-3 debug menus, keep as is (see Mario Party 4 article), or give the Mario Party 1-3 Debug Menus the same coverage as the Mario Party Debug Menus (Post-3) we CURRENTLY cover? 3: There are options that CURRENTLY can't be entered, as well as missing spots. That needs to be dealt with, but how? {{User|SONIC123CDMANIA+&K(B&ATSA)}} 13:35, February 1, 2024 (CST)

| :Before anyone replies, I just found out that Mario Party 7 has a debug menu as well! [https://tcrf.net/Mario_Party_7#Debug_Menu Here] AND [https://tcrf.net/Mario_Party_7/Debug_Menu_Listing here]!!! Don't reply until I found out if it's the same deal with the OTHER Mario Party games. {{User|SONIC123CDMANIA+&K(B&ATSA)}} 13:39, February 1, 2024 (CST)
| |
| ::Hmmmm, the Mario Party 7 Debug Menu is MENTIONED in the main game page, but NOT in the Pre-release and Unused Content page. That needs to be fixed. {{User|SONIC123CDMANIA+&K(B&ATSA)}} 13:42, February 1, 2024 (CST)
| |
| :::Welp, Mario Party 8 also has a debug menu not mentioned in MarioWiki. It's in its own sub-page, [https://tcrf.net/Mario_Party_8/Debug_Menu here] AND [https://tcrf.net/Mario_Party_8/Debug_Menu/Debug_Menu_Listing here]!!!! Now for the other games. {{User|SONIC123CDMANIA+&K(B&ATSA)}} 14:00, January 26, 2024 (CST)
| |
| ::::Well, to my knowledge and the knowledge of TCRF, there are NO debug menus for the other Mario Party games except DS ([https://tcrf.net/Mario_Party_DS#Debug_Menu here] and [https://tcrf.net/Mario_Party_DS/Minigames_List here]) and Island Tour ([https://tcrf.net/Mario_Party:_Island_Tour#Debug here]), and even then Island Tour's debug mode has VERY LITTLE documentation. So what do we do with this information? {{User|SONIC123CDMANIA+&K(B&ATSA)}} 14:10, February 1, 2024 (CST)

| :::::We need to add all this. This is a lot of stuff! I wonder how this hasn't been taken care of already. Let's get to it! -- {{User:FanOfRosalina2007/sig}} 22:44, February 1, 2024 (EST)
| |
| ::::::Actually, on second thought, do we usually document debug menus in pages? If it's against the wiki rules or not commonly practiced, I may not add anything just yet. I still think we should cover this, but I need to check first. -- {{User:FanOfRosalina2007/sig}} 23:00, February 1, 2024 (EST)
| |
| :::::::The debug menus covered already: Mario Party ([https://www.mariowiki.com/List_of_Mario_Party_pre-release_and_unused_content#Debug_Mode here]), Mario Party 2 ([https://www.mariowiki.com/List_of_Mario_Party_2_pre-release_and_unused_content#Debug_Mode here]), Mario Party 3 ([https://www.mariowiki.com/List_of_Mario_Party_3_pre-release_and_unused_content#Debug_mode here]), and Mario Party 4 ([https://www.mariowiki.com/Mario_Party_4#Pre-release_and_unused_content here]). {{User|SONIC123CDMANIA+&K(B&ATSA)}} 07:25, February 2, 2024 (CST)
| |
| ::::::::Ah, all right. I'll do the rest then (unless you want to add some). Thanks for finding this! -- {{User:FanOfRosalina2007/sig}} 16:30, February 2, 2024 (EST)
| |
| :::::::::Ok. You're welcome. {{User|SONIC123CDMANIA+&K(B&ATSA)}} 17:16, February 2, 2024 (CST)
| |
| ::::::::::Okay, I added the menus! You can add more info if you want, but I think I did all of the debug menus. -- {{User:FanOfRosalina2007/sig}} 23:04, February 2, 2024 (EST)
