Is there a source(s) for Bowser and Kamek? They don't even have official artwork, unlike some characters. If someone is speculating, please know that even though Bowser and Kamek will probably appear, it cannot be placed on the article until it's a solid fact. Ultimate Mr. L (Talk) 21:13, 22 September 2016 (EDT)

:On the JP website, there is a screenshot of Bowser's boss minigame (the characters appear to be using some space scooter); also briefly seen in a recent trailer. Kamek has appeared in various footage/screenshots where he appears on the boss pedestal during Toad Scramble. the amiibo functionality for challenge tower should be changed to say you can use the same amiibo only once per day. if you have more than one, say, mario amiibo (which i do), you can use each of them once in a day. 73.147.234.34

::...that's not what I meant (or even said). In different modes, you can use the same amiibo multiple times in a day. However, in Challenge Tower SPECIFICALLY, you can only use any given amiibo once per day. Right now, the page says under Challenge Tower's amiibo compatibility that you cannot use the same CHARACTER more than once per day, but that's not true - if you have more than one amiibo of any given character, you can use that character multiple times, but each amiibo only once.

Bonus Coins Text Error
Bonus Coins Text Error
I'm not entirely sure WHY this is the case, but in Toad Scramble, the "Item Bonus" does NOT track how many items are used; it tracks how many character-specific items (flowers, crystals, barrels, etc.) the player has opened (The game uses the term "collected"). I figured this out when I got said bonus despite the fact that I only received one item throughout the entire course of the game- and I didn't just forget, as the game gave me the item tutorial ON THE FOLLOWING GAME (meaning I never got a chance to use one during that game) (Also, I'm certain P3 got a golden mushroom turn 1). And again, I was credited with it. But I did, however, open a flower with Toadette that round, and was the only one to do so. I think the description was worded poorly on the ingame star, as the flowers/crystals/etc. don't have an official name. I don't have footage, unfortunately. Update: OK, Can confirm regular item collection does affect this star. But I'm still convinced opening flowers/barrels/rocks/fruit/crystals counts as well. Natnew (talk) 23:18, 10 September 2018 (EDT)
Bowser's Coinathlon minigames
Those coinathon minigames where you have to survive Bowser pelting you with attacks... well, I've noticed something about them. It says here that they "happen on random intervals in longer sessions". But I've noticed that when someone enters the third lap on a five-lap game or the fifth lap on a seven lap game, once the minigame in which it happened ends and the bonus coins are distributed, the warning comes that Bowser is about to play his minigame with you. And when the next minigame is over, Bowser arrives does whatever cruelty he decides to do that game. That isn't random at all. So I was wondering if someone could confirm this, and if it comes out true, if we could change things, because this could also be just me. Broque (talk) 20:34, June 21, 2021 (EDT)
Ok, update: Since no one has seemed to noticed the above comment exists for the past two weeks (some helpers you are *cough*), I have decided to look into it myself. And I can confirm that the above statement is true after a good couple hours of playing. But I am now wondering if someone could change the articles that state the now-confirmed-to-be-false Bowser's minigames statements for me, because I will be very busy for the next few weeks, and will not be able to. (also, please do not pretend that this comment does not exist because i sense that at least some people saw the above comment and simply ignored it. i will also check the articles when i am no longer busy to see if this comment was "not noticed".) :I wrote the above paragraphs. The sarcasm is pretty unwarranted because I didn't notice that the talk page was edited, but I did write that when the game is released and was still new and I forgot to change it because I also realized that it's always at set intervals too. Feel free to change it, but please keep a cool head. 15:36, July 5, 2021 (EDT)
Party guest edition
This is on the 3ds eshop, just not sure what it is. Its also not listed Bobster (talk) 18:06, July 27, 2021 (EDT)
:"Mario Party: Star Rush also has a version of the game called Mario Party: Star Rush - Party Guest. This app can be downloaded off the Nintendo eShop for free. While it can be played alone with very restricted minigames, the primary focus of the app is to play full multiplayer with other players with only one game cartridge. If a player buys Mario Party: Star Rush, they can transfer saved data from Mario Party: Star Rush - Party Guest to the game." In the intro of this article. I don't know exactly what minigames are available with Party Guest but that's the gist of it. 18:23, July 27, 2021 (EDT)

In the section titled 'Boards' the first sentence should say:
"Boards can be played in *four* modes:"
instead of
"Boards can be played in three modes:"
I wrote this because I can't actually edit the article. Catpolof

Amibo
Can you use the Goomba and Koopa Amibo in the character museum? I remember it asking if I wanted to use a Goomba or Koopa Amibo at some point in the game but that could have been Mario Party Top 100. Waddle Dingus
: You can't, it's true that you can only use those amiibos in The Top 100. 20:23, September 12, 2024 (EDT)
