It says on the Trivia that Mario Kart R's name was changed because Sega threatened to sue. But Sonic R came out in 1998. Should it be taken down?

I notice the only attribute listed for each character is the weight class. No effect on, or separately determined values for acceleration, handling, top speed, etc are listed, aside from vague (and rather long-winded) notes taken in the prose. This is at odds with pretty much every other listed kart game, so I feel that for this article to be truly complete, they should be listed with the characters.
