It says on the Trivia that Mario Kart R's name was changed because Sega threatened to sue. But Sonic R came out in 1998. Should it be taken down?

As far as I can see on the picture of Frappe Snowland, I can easily tell that that is just a snowman without a head. There wasn't official confirmation about it being a Mini Bomb Kart anyways. Should we delete the information? {{User:Toad'ShyGuy/sig}}
