:I have the item probabilities of Mario Kart: Double Dash!! but never found the time to properly map them due to the official Japanese guide apparently not following the in-game order, unlike in Mario Kart 8 (the English one didn't even report the symbolic probability), Super Mario Kart, Mario Kart 64 and Mario Kart: Super Circuit do not have a file system, so it's not really possible to find the probability file. In any case, an analysis of Mario Kart 64 revealed that the game doesn't have probability tables at all, they rather create a sequence of 100 numbers of which one is chosen, the chosen number indicates the item received. The modern probability tables were first seen in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!.--Mister Wu (talk) 16:06, November 14, 2020 (EST)

Oh yeah, I found some item probabilities on this website for "Recommended" mode for this game, though I'm not sure this will help too much. https://mkdd.org/wiki/Filesystem/MRAM.arc/item/itemslotlist.dat --RoyKoopa510 (talk) 01:28, April 1, 2024 (EDT)

Courses Section
For every other Mario Kart page on this wiki, there is an entire section dedicated to the game's courses. Is there a reason that the page for Mario Kart: Double Dash!! is the only one to have its courses listed under the Grand Prix section? :No particular reason; been a while since this page has been reorganized to reflect that, and it should, since you can access the game's courses in VS mode too. 21:47, March 17, 2021 (EDT)
Kart bounciness stat?
I'm not sure if this is addressed but is there any documentation on what influences how a kart bounces? I've noticed karts like Waluigi Racer, Red Fire/Green Fire, and Bullet Blaster bounce more severely than the likes of Goo Goo Buggy or Koopa King. 15:25, August 3, 2024 (EDT)
Mirror Mode Icon
This is a minor request: I want to add the sprite for the Mirror Mode Icon to the Unlockable Matrix. I don't know where to find a file for the icon Mario2112
:It doesn't seem to be uploaded to the Wiki. You'd have to see if someone has uploaded it to a site such as Spriters Resource, or have a way to obtain the sprite yourself, and then upload it onto here if you want to add it. == Section for Obstacles/Enemies/Non-Playable Characters ==
I'm just going to note this down for now, but I noticed there's no section documenting all the non-playable enemy characters and hazards in the game, which would be more in-line with other pages such as other Mario Kart games. There's just a small section detailing the supporting characters, focusing on Lakitu, Toadsworth, and spectators. So eventually, it'd be great to have a table documenting all the non-playable characters in the game, including hazards/enemies.
