| Um... This is an unofficial holiday, correct? So shouldn't there have been some sort of discussion prior to the page's creation? And doesn't this article qualify as a new Stub, something illegal here?<br> | | Um... This is an unofficial holiday, correct? | ::I think the question here is that "official" holidays typically refer to "holidays internationally recognized by government entities." [[User:Doc von Schmeltwick|Doc von Schmeltwick]] ([[User talk:Doc von Schmeltwick|talk]]) 18:55, 12 March 2018 (EDT)

| Simply put, while it is spelt Mario Day by most people, whenever Nintendo officially celebrates this day they call it Mar10 Day. The only time that I remember them spelling the day Mario Day is the first time they officially celebrated the day with the video "Celebrate Mar. 10 - Mario Day!". Every other time they spelt it they spelt it as Mar10 Day which is its most recent name, which should take priority. {{User:Doomhiker/sig}} 12:24, 9 March 2019 (EST)

| :The two stylizations are used interchangeably here [https://www.nintendo.com/whatsnew/detail/celebrate-mar10-day-with-sales-and-more here]. I think that Mario Day is the proper style, with Mar10 Day being mainly used for promotional material.

| ::I agree, Mar10 Day is simply a stylized version of the proper name, Mario Day. --{{User:Waluigi Time/sig}} 15:32, 9 March 2019 (EST)
| |
| :::I did not notice that, so I do agree with keeping the title as Mario Day. {{User:Doomhiker/sig}} 15:41, 9 March 2019 (EST)
