Chain Chompikins is little more than a normal [[Big Chain Chomp]], just gold and with a hat, which several enemies in the game have. It's just a weapon Madame Broode uses in battle. I can't think of any other bosses that use a souped-up version of a normal enemy in their battle, but still, Chompikins isn't notable enough to be in the article title. Besides that, according to a discussion above, ''Chain Chompikins'' may just be a pet name, while the real name for it is ''Broode's Chain Chomp''. This would result in the article being called {{fake link|Madame Broode and Broode's Chain Chomp}}, which sounds wrong in so many ways. Therefore, I propose that the article be moved to just [[Madame Broode]] (which is currently a redirect). | This is more of a conceptual thing with me. I agree that it is unnecessary for Broode's Chain Chomp to support a page of its own, and it certainly should be discussed in this article because it is an essential component to the boss fight with Madame Broode. However, unlike something like [[Knucklotec|Knucklotec's Fists]], Chain Chompikins is not a literal extension of Madame Broode. It is a separate "being" and of a species that already has its own article, [[Big Chain Chomp]]s. I think this is why Broode's Chain Chomp sees independent listing in ''[[The Art of Super Mario Odyssey]]'' (p. 365, on the index), the original [https://shop.r10s.jp/book/cabinet/5609/9784048935609_2.jpg Shogakukan ''Mario Odyssey'' guidebook], and [https://archive.is/hDULy Mario Portal], rather than just the in-game [[Capture|capture list]]. That is categorization not allocated to Knucklotec's Fist. It is also a bit unintuitive and weird to click on its name and be redirected here, since it is not a giant rabbit monster. I think it is more accurate to treat it the same way we treat the [[Cheep Cheep#Super Mario Odyssey|Snow Cheep Cheep]] and other colored variants by discussing it on its parent species' page.

Broode's Chain Chomp has enough unique defining traits (owned by Madame Broode, covered in gold, wears hats) where it would be ''more'' confusing to be redirected to generic Chain Chomps, rather than the only character it has ever made an appearance with. If you're going to split off Chain Chompikins because it's confusing to have it be merged to Madame Broode, then you might as well just give it it's own article, considering its multiple differences compared to normal Chain Chomps. It's not so much a colored variant as it is a notable member.
