someone has seen that at the last part of the race there is something like a shine sprite, this means is connected to isle delfino.

:True. "Galaxia Surfing" means "Surfing Galaxy" by the way. That doesn't sound correct. {{User:Reversinator/sig}}
Well, heres what it concludes the part of the Spanish to the English translation:
(Galaxia) === (Galaxy)
(Surfing) === (Loopdeeloop | As a wave phrase for riding under a wave)
