::There is also "[[Boo's Shop]]", which is run by Igor, as well as "[[List of shops in Paper Mario|Shy Guy's Shop]]", which is run by a nameless Shy Guy. I'm pretty sure this is supposed to be like the latter, just that localization tried to use "Little Mouser" for the plain ones and "Nomadimouse" for the dressed ones but oversights happened. I don't think the shop owner is even named in the Japanese version, but his shop is called 「チューチューショップ」 (''Chūchū'' Shop), so maybe they mistakenly thought ''Chūchū'' was Little Mouser instead of ''Chūsan''. For what it's worth, the Nintendo Power guide seems to think that "Little Mouser" is the name of the shop owner. For sure though, Nomadimouse should be merged with the Little Mouser species.
