Using the same logic we used in merging [[Nurse Toadstool]] with [[Princess Peach]], shouldn't this be merged as well? Not to mention there isn't to much information on this page to begin with.

:Well, his role is how the important events of the episode take place so he actually is very important. Leo Luster has a completely different personality than Bluster and is created by a mix of potions (well, actually hair care products), just as Mario changes with special items. If you watch the episode, Bluster treats his Leo Luster form like a whole different character. {{User|Fawfulfury65}}

@Knife: Nurse Toadstool was merged because she was no different than Princess Peach, besides the way she is dressed. Leo Luster is not the same as Bluster and he has a very different personality. {{User|Fawfulfury65}}

But then what about King K. Rool? I still also think it would only make sense to merge Mario's powerup forms if this is merged, because Leo Luster is created from a mixture of hair tonics, just like Mario changes forms with items. {{User|Fawfulfury65}}
::No, or at least, not in the English ones. I have a scanned version of the GBA port which says "The leader of the pack is back" in Kaptain K. Rool's description, and I've found transcriptions of the SNES manual that include that, as well as Wrinkly saying "I thought we'd seen the last of that old rascal for a while,". Wikipedia's Japanese page says they're brothers, but I haven't been able to track down a scanned version of the Japanese manuals yet to verify, and the website didn't have anything (that I could find). - {{User:Walkazo/sig}} 05:19, 11 December 2010 (UTC)

He's had only one episode screen time as this alter-ego and nobody is going to come looking for this if we merge it. I don't think it matters how notable he is. He's important to the episode. Leo Luster is completely different than Bluster. He's not just Bluster Kong in a different costume - he's created by serum. [[Rabbit Mario]] is the same person as Mario. Should we merge them too? {{User|Fawfulfury65}}
:Rabbit Mario is playable, controllable character, and has a bigger role in a more Mario related medium. Also, our coverage isn't just on one episode of a (sorry if I'm repeating myself too much) hardly known and hardly notable televison series, it's on the Mario series, and this is pretty far away from that. ::Of course Leo Luster isn't playable. He appears in a cartoon, with a very major role though. It wouldn't be consistent to have Mario's powerups all with separate articles and not Leo Luster, since they are all created by a certain item. Like I said, Leo Luster isn't Bluster Kong dressed differently. Have you seen the episode? The hair tonics actually change him into Leo Luster, like a Mario powerup. Leo Luster, again, has a different personality and completely different abilities. He can even hypnotize people, unlike Bluster. {{User|Fawfulfury65}}
:It's just a name change. No matter how many hair tonics you use, it won't change who you are. Trust me, I've tried. Hair tonics do that anyway, he just changes his personality and name by choice. These two should be separate articles and here's why Leo Luster not only has an entirely different personality from Bluster Kong but he also has a different appearance so this is basically a less known version of Mr. L which has it's own article despite being luigi whose been brainwashed so if Leo Luster doesn't get an article then Mr. L shouldn't get an article because they are basically the same thing. As for the Nurse Toadstool precedent I do not think you can apply that to this article and here's why while Nurse Toadstool is just Toadstool wearing a nurse outfit Leo Luster is the creation of Bluster Kong when he drinks or uses all of his hair tonic at once so it's basically like him using a power up per se and Leo Luster has a separate personality while Nurse Toadstool doesn't (not to mention the fact that I think that Nurse Toadstool should get her own article anyways.)
