:We cover both classic Donkey Kong and current Donkey Kong on the same page, even when the former has been officially established as a younger Cranky Kong. This is similar, except that there is no official establishment at all that the King Boo from Luigi's Mansion is a different Boo from the King Boo of the Mario spinoff titles, which gives us less incentive to split the two apart. The only reason why these two King Boos look different is that the other King Boo's appearance is inspired by the King Boo from Super Mario Sunshine (as indicated by the boss_teresa string in the data of the prototype for Mario Kart: Double Dash), but adapted the Japanese name of the LM King Boo (King Teresa) in the final version of Double Dash. That's it. 11:44, November 22, 2024 (EST)

King Boo part of Bowser’s army
There’s no denying that the main Mario series iteration of king boo is part of bowser’s army.
But, in the Luigi’s mansion games, King Boo exhibits behavior that would imply he is not part of bowser’s army, or at least some some of traitor if you really stretch it.
In Luigi’s mansion 1, besides creating an arguably stronger version of bowser and getting revenge on the Mario bros, without bowser ordering it, nothing seems to specifically indicate that King Boo would not be part of the army.
In LM2, not only does he try to take over the world for himself, he has his own army (not only the boos,) and tries to destroy reality, which would indirectly kill Bowser.
In LM3, he kidnaps peach, and judging from many games, bowser thinks that only he is allowed to kidnap her.
I think this should be added to the wiki. Not saying these are seperate characters or anything, but we should definitely put this somewhere that the iteration from LM has different behavior. 176.204.252.107 12:12, January 6, 2025 (EST)
