It says in the Appearance section in the article: "Kamella, like all Magikoopas, is a Koopa..." Are all Magikoopas necessarily Koopas? :Well I think it's referring to the fact that she's a "Koopa" (that being a turtle). It's like "Koopa" really refers to any turtles. See [[Koopa (species)]].
